The listings on this page include information about each landlord:
- A landlord is accredited when the council agrees that their accommodation, management and services come up to a certain standard. All the landlords listed here have been accredited by Manchester City Council.
- Some landlords are members of the RentWise scheme. If you are on a low income the city council can give the landlord a 'bond' instead of you having to pay a deposit.
- Some landlords accept tenants on Housing Benefit, others don’t. If this could affect you, check first.
- Most landlords ask for some rent in advance, and want you to supply references.
- If you see something you like, contact the landlord or agent yourself using the link to their website.
