You must be:
- a working household; or
- pass our community contribution test; or
- have a young person's pre-tenancy qualification
Here is an application form that explains all this and information about the 'rehousing area cluster' your extra priority would apply to
if you pass the community contribution test. If you qualify, print off the form, fill it in, and send it,
with all the evidence we ask for.
